รอดูกันต่อปายย...ธรรมดาของคนมีอำนาจอ่ะเน๊อะ คิดจะทำไรมานก็ทำโดยไม่สนใจสภาวะรอบข้างเล้ยยย เห็นว่ามา 26 คัน น่าสนเห็นจะเป็น Brabham เค้าบอกว่าจะกลับมาลงแข่งในปี 2010 เป็นอดีตทีมที่แข่งครั้งสุดท้าย เมื่อปี ค.ศ. 1992 เคยคว้าแชมป์โลกประเภทนักขับ 4 สมัย และคว้าแชมป์ประเภททีมผู้สร้าง 2 สมัย ส่วนทีมอื่นๆ ที่จะมาลงก็มีProdrive, Super fun, U.S. F1 และ Campos เนี่ยเดี๋ยวดูนะ พอพวกใหม่ๆ เข้ามาก็เอาอกเอาใจกันพักนึง ซักพักก็เหมือนเดิม

Well, if they want to talk, here's 10 questions we'd like to see answered by Max Mosley. No deviation, no obscuring the issue - straight answers please. 1. Do you seriously consider that the global success and popularity of F1 is down to the FIA and FOM, or the teams who have invested billions into the sport, not taken billions out? 2. If you are so keen on competition and European competition law, can we look again at the nature of the deal the FIA made with FOM, selling the TV rights for 100 years, seemingly without any other bidder being asked to tender? 3. You have unveiled three new teams to compete in F1 in 2010. These don't include ProDrive. The last time you were looking to add a team to the grid they were the name at the top of the list - is the fact that they have links to McLaren the reason they are out in the cold? 4. Isn't the lack of teams entering the F1 World Championship over the last ten years in any way down to the demand from the FIA to stump up $48m for the privilege of entering. 5. Do you really think the world's sports broadcasters want to see a series contested by Williams, Force India, a couple of GP2 teams, a few sportscar teams and some F3 outfits? 6. Do you think it was a major mistake saying that F1 could do without Ferrari, given that any legal case compelling them to enter the 2010 series will no doubt repeat your words. 7. Are the negative headlines you are creating more or less likely to bring new sponsors into the sport you are trying to protect? 8. In negotiations with FOTA your bargaining position has gone from a budget cap of £30m policed by the FIA, to £40m policed by the teams' own auditors, to £100m in 2010 with marketing*, drivers and key personnel not included. If you're suddenly insisting it's £40m or nothing, surely it's you who's trying to scupper the deal? (And in this system, how many engineers will be doing a bit of marketing during race weekends). 9. Ed Gorman in The Times has said: "I am not used to the Max Mosley style of governance which is: 1. Create a huge crisis; 2.Then stir it up as much as you can; 3. Bring the sport to the very edge of anarchy, and 4. Pull a spectacular iron out of the fire and claim you have won. I don't know. I just find it hard to believe that a global sport and business of the stature of Formula One should, or needs to be, run in this manner. Did no one ever learn the lesson that a concensus-based approach is the best way ahead, especially when you are dealing with public companies?" Do you think that's fair? 10. You have been described in the press this week as "vindictive, arrogant and wilfull" and are now attracting criticism from journalists who supported your move to cap the teams at £40m. Do you think you may be losing the teams, the public and the media now...?

FOTA ปฏิเสธข้อเสนอ Budget Cap สุดท้ายของ FIA ที่ 100 ล้านยูโร พร้อมแถลงว่ามีความตั้งใจที่จะเตรียมจัด Championship ใหม่ขึ้นมา Since the formation of FOTA last September the teams have worked together and sought to engage the FIA and commercial rights holder, to develop and improve the sport. Unprecedented worldwide financial turmoil has inevitably placed great challenges before the F1 community. FOTA is proud that it has achieved the most substantial measures to reduce costs in the history of our sport. In particular the manufacturer teams have provided assistance to the independent teams, a number of which would probably not be in the sport today without the FOTA initiatives. The FOTA teams have further agreed upon a substantial voluntary cost reduction that provides a sustainable model for the future. Following these efforts all the teams have confirmed to the FIA and the commercial rights holder that they are willing to commit until the end of 2012. The FIA and the commercial rights holder have campaigned to divide FOTA. The wishes of the majority of the teams are ignored. Furthermore, tens of millions of dollars have been withheld from many teams by the commercial rights holder, going back as far as 2006. Despite this and the uncompromising environment, FOTA has genuinely sought compromise. It has become clear however, that the teams cannot continue to compromise on the fundamental values of the sport and have declined to alter their original conditional entries to the 2010 World Championship. These teams therefore have no alternative other than to commence the preparation for a new Championship which reflects the values of its participants and partners. This series will have transparent governance, one set of regulations, encourage more entrants and listen to the wishes of the fans, including offering lower prices for spectators worldwide, partners and other important stakeholders.
