ก่อนที่จะคำนวณตู้ซับให้ดังมันส์ คุณต้องเข้าใจอันนี้ก่อน *** เฉพาะเรื่อง เสียงเบส *** เปรียบเหมือนเก้าอี้ 4 ขา ถ้าขาดขาใดขาหนึ่งก็จะไม่ดี *ขาที่ 1. คือ ความแน่นหนาแข็งแรงของตู้ *ขาที่ 2. คือ ปริมาตรตู้และ PORT ต้องสัมพันธ์กับซับที่จะใช้ ณ.รถคันนั้นคันเดียว *ขาที่ 3. คือ วัตต์ของเพาเวอร์แอมป์ ต้องเท่ากันหรือมากกว่า วัตต์ของซับ *ขาที่ 4. คือ กำลังไฟจากแบต+สายไฟ +ฟิวส์ ที่ใหญ่พอ เก้าอี้หรือ 3 ขาก็นั่งได้ แต่ไม่ดี www.chainatsound.com
ลองเปิดดู สเปคปริมาตรจากเวปบริษัทเลยจะถูกต้องกว่ามั้งครับ ส่วนเรื่องความหนักเบา ดีไม่ดี เนี่ยมันก็ขึ้นกับงบประมาณครับ แอมป์ที่ขับ ยังไงก็ต้องเกินซับเสียงจะได้ไม่เบลอ ช่วยการเก็บตัวของซับ(ระดับนึง) กำลัง.....เยอะแยะ ต้องมีแคปเผื่อเวลาไฟตก เบสจะได้ไม่ตกตาม สายไฟ อย่างน้อยก็เบอร์ 4 ถ้าให้ดีเบอร์ 2 เดินสายไฟให้สั้นชุด loss จะน้อยสุด เดินกราวเบอร์ 2 ด้วยเลย (รถผมใช้เบอร์ 2 ครับ) cap เอายี่ห้อดีๆ ครับ เพราะเก็บไฟได้เท่ากัน แต่แคปแต่ละยี่ห้อจ่ายไฟไม่เท่ากันแน่ๆ ราคาที่ถูก แพง นอกจากความจุ cap ก็คือเรืองความไวในการจ่ายไฟครับ แค่นี้ก็ดังกระจาย ไฟไม่ตก ส่วนตู้ก็ง่ายๆ ครับ อย่าให้มันรั่วครับ (แต่ทำจริงยากนะครับ ปล่อยๆมันหน่อยก็ได้ อิอิ)
for ported box designs using a slot port, there is '1' general rule to follow. 14"-16" of port area for every '1' cubic foot of box space, the length has to be adjusted for the type of music....but the port lengths are usually around 16"- 24" the bigger the port area the longer the port has to be the smaller the box the longer the port has to be box space is calculated by the interior dimensions the shorter the port length the higher the tuning frequency the longer the port length the lower the tuning frequency expensive brands are not always better than cheap brands port length must be adjusted to the customers taste in music --------------------------------------------------------------------- so a 2 cubic foot box would need 28"-32" of port area the port area is calculated by the [width x height ]of the port opening. 28" = 7 x4 .....or .....2 x 14.... or .....3.5 x 8....or....6 x 4.666 (whatever it takes to get 28" or 32") the interior box space is calculated by [width x height x length / 1728] = V 1726=12 x 12 x 12 {equals 1 cubic foot} V = interior box space if the port area was 32" it would have to be longer than the port area with 28" if the port legth is too long the tuning will be too low and there would be no benefit with using a ported box, so you might as well go sealed. a tuning frequency between 32hz -45hz is what is usually desired. if you follow the above formula, it will put you in this frequency range.... try and keep port length between 16"-26" -------------------------------------------------------------------------- SuperSound 086-977-4077
