I hope can get information. Advantages and disadvantages using LPG or NGV? Which one do U prefer to install, LPG or NGV? Which one is cheap and can go long distance? For my engine (mitsubishi evo 1), which one must I use, LPG or NGV?

LPG gas have calorific Energy value is 26,595 BTU/Liter or 55,317.6 BTU/Kg.(2.08Liter = 1 Kg) LPG have high calorific Energy than NGV-CNG but NGV have cheap price . *** In this topic of calorific Energy value , First choise is LPG gas installation with Nozzle gas system . 2. topic of Energy consumption On thailand 's price is NGV-CNG gas price = 8.5 Bath / Kg. LPG gas price = 12 Bath / Liter = 23 Bath /kg.(2.08Lt = 1 Kg.) *** In this topic LPG gas have to consume gas and requie money more than NGV. 3. topic of installation NGV-CNG have to safty and good protection more than LPG but NGV protection system have a very expensive more than LPG ,too. 4. topic of applicability NGV gas have very small capacity of storage tank . compare that you use 1 NGV 's storage tank / not over distance to 100 Km. I don' t know much about your country but for Thailand I' d say.. LPG advantages: 1. Cheaper installation and set up 2. Thinner and lighter gas tanks 3. One full tank of LPG can run about three times farther than that of NGV. 4. Easier to find a LPG station. 5. Less time when filling up 6. Lower maintenance cost 7. LPG has more octane than NGV. 8. Less hassle and headache The only drawback of LPG is price uncertainty as the demand is more and more everyday. Anyhow, it' s relatively cheap at the moment. NGV disadvantages: 1. Installation and set up are more expensive. 2. Thicker and heavier gas tanks 3. You need to fill up the gas quite often as one full tank can run less than 180 KMs. 4. There are a small number of NGV stations right now. 5. Take long time to fill up tha gas each time, so no wonder why you can see traffic congestion around NGV stations in Thailand. 6. Higher maintenance cost 7. Less octane than LPG 8. Due to very high compression of NGV, motorists always find that NGV stations can' t supply when the pressure in the station tanks is running low, so they have to drive away. It' s so inconvenient. The price of NGV might be more competitive in the future since the government, especially in Thailand, is promoting and supporting, but NGV price is an illusion. They are building the need for drivers. When NGV is widely used, they may say " Hey, the promotion price is expired" and increase the price. However, right now the prices of NGV & LPG aren' t much different, so more and more drivers have chosen LPG as it' s more practical. For me, I prefer LPG to NGV no question about it. I don' t worry much about the future as I think when more NGV is used, the price will go up anyway. LPG is used in every house. I can' t imagine the price will be untouchable like gasoline. If I were you, I would use LPG.

Tq very much my Evolution Thailand friends for your information regarding NGV & LPG. In Malaysia none of my friends know about NGV & LPG, I Malaysia have NGV station but in Kuala Lumpur. Only taxi driver use it.
you don't worry about turbocharger engine apply with Gas energy. And I prefer you to use Nozzle gas system bcs this system transfer by direct gas to burn in Combustion Chambers . It don't anything to obstruct in air manifold. The Important is Gas Tuner whom completely tuning to your Engine. Bsc incomplete tuning that result to have many defect to your engine.
